Last night for practice Matti's softball team went to a local batting cage, Matti was smokin those balls!! She is getting so good and reminds me so much of myself when I was little it is scary. Check out that swing!! Woot woot... the smile is pretty cute too!

Sleepy boy

I couldn't resist posting a picture of how I found Mr. Taylor this morning. TOO CUTE! A little story so you all will understand. You see Mr. Taylor doesn't like bed time at all, he says he is never tired even when he can't keep his eyes open but sometimes gets up and sneaks to the top of the stairs to see what we are doing after he goes to bed (nothing!). When he does this he sometimes gets super sleepy, (see how boring we are! So when we get ready to go to bed we find him on the stairs, in Matti's room on the floor, and sometimes he is in a totally different outfit than we put him to bed in... as much as it drives us nuts it is pretty funny! So, I went into his room to wake him up this morning and this is what I found, he almost made it back to his bed but just couldn't get his legs back up there but his bed was a mess.. wonder what the heck he was doing?

Hello out there....

I must apologize for my lack of blogging. Between working and the kids I have just be exhausted when I get home and have the hardest time jumping on the computer after being on one all day at work. Nothing to crazy going on around our house just trying to keep up with the kids, so I will try to fill you in. Let's see...We went to a meeting last week on kindergarten registration (EEKS, scary our baby is not our baby anymore! :( ) We cannot even believe that Taylor is going to be in kindergarten and he is so excited to start, he has almost got his counting to 20 down, abc's are a cinch except we leave out lmnop? sometimes, and he writes his name pretty well. Taylor also was supposed to start baseball this last weekend but thanks to the lovely Seattle weather his 1st practice was cancelled as was Matti's. Which leads me to Miss Mattison, busy body! Mattison started softball as well and attends practice Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and let me tell you it is FREEZING so I don't know how it is enjoyable. She also is still doing ballet every Thursdays, so to say the least she is going non-stop everyday. She seems to be handling it very well, I get tired just getting her to and from practice, school...etc. She is still doing very well in school and is always busy with friends on the weekend. As for Jeff and I..well we are pretty boring! We don't see much of each other these days with our busy family/work schedule but sometimes I think Jeff is thankful for that since crazy prego can sometimes be a "little" overwhelming... (love you babe!) Our little bun in the oven is still cooking away although we both cannot believe that there is only 11 weeks left till she will arrive. Hope that gave you a little update on how the Hammitt's are doing and I will try to keep you better posted. Sorry no pix this time around.
