Weekend project, yes...Jeff was thrilled hee hee

Our beautiful house after all the lights were up

The tree, all put together. Mattison did 90% of it great job shorty.

Jeff starting to put up the Christmas lights,thrilled...

Oh yes...putting the kids to work too!

THE Sat. project, the garage not even close to being done..but I was!

So... I am a stickler for getting my Christmas stuff up first chance I can after Thanksgiving has passed and Friday was out for shopping, Saturday we woke up to RAIN :(, so to make a long story short I was very excited when Sunday morning I woke up to sun. Jeff was all comfy in bed and the kids were playing quietly and I was laying in bed scheming. I decided what a wonderful day to, get all the Christmas stuff out, tree up, and all the lights on the house! WOO HOO! Oh..yes... and did I mention that since it was raining we decided to go to the store and buy garage shelves to clean the garage up spic & span. Props to Jeff I was out after about 15 minutes of that crap! Here is a few of the house & tree, kind of foggy and dark outside better ones to come.

Thanksgiving break

Lucky Jeff and I take off Thanksgiving and the day after every year to spend with family. This year was no exception, we had a great time; although I missed my family :( We enjoyed Thanksgiving at G & G Hammitt's house again this year, the food was great and there was no shortage of family (34?) We did the usual ate too much good food, then the boys sat and watched football while all us girls plotted out our path of destruction for BLACK FRIDAY. Surprisingly this year we didn't see any great door busters we had to wake up at 3am for but we were still out by 6 which is early enough when you are pregnant! BELIEVE ME!! Thanks grandma for all the great food!

Mom's Birthday!

YES!! Well for most of you that know me, my birthday every year is a big deal! It usually consists of some sort of count down and weekend long event sometimes even the whole month. I guess I am getting old because this year the only thing I wanted to do is relax & hang with the hubby and kidos. I woke up to waffles with boysenberry syrup, flowers, and a gift followed by "micecreams" for dessert. OH YES! MICECREAMS, for you that haven't had them, very tasty little treat and cuter than cute! It was nice! Sorry no pictures of breakfast mommy is not ready for camera that early it was bad enough to take these ones with no make-up & PJ's.

Lazy weekend, Spoiled DOG!

This weekend was my birthday weekend and I was feeling a bit under the weather. Nothing makes me feel better when I am sick than, my kids, my dog, and my hubby! So..I made the executive decision to let my dog sleep inside! Well....he decided at some point that his bed wasn't as comfy as ours, YEP you guessed it he ended up in bed with us! I don't know what Jeff was talking about not sleeping goo because I slept fine, something about an 85lb dog & a 5 year old on him tossing and turning!?!? I couldn't help but sneaking out of bed to take a picture.

Weekend Hunting

Our cute little future bird killer. Got to hold one of dads birds!

Stoli & Dad - go gettum!

The GREAT FLYING Jager, always in our thoughts

Dad, and his old hunting buddy Jager

BABY got a bird, good boy Stoli. That's my dog!

Thought I might post a few pictures of the cutest dog ever hunting with his daddy. You know when hunting season begins I might as well be single. Jeff and the family boys go over to good ol' Moses every weekend to go shoot some poor innocent birds. To be honest I wasn't a fan at first but then I discovered that when Jeff is gone Mommie gets to go shopping...shh! I know our sweet boy Jager is out there with the boy every weekend too so I will put up a few in honor of him.

Stay Home day with Mom

Today mom got to stay at home for a work holiday. We made these really awesome things with her help! We got to go to the craft store with mom and pick out all the fabric and patches. I got to make a pillow with these cool pink ball edges, mom say "TOO much work!" and Taylor wanted to make an apron for football cooking. Hope you guys like them!

High School Musical on Ice

Last Saturday we took the kid to HSM on ice. They had seats in the 8th row, popcorn, and a flavored ice drink (sugar!). The ice show was just like the movie, same outfits same songs they just do it all on ice. Mattison was a little disapointed that they were not the REAL cast but she said it was still really cool.

Happy Halloween!

Halloween was pretty uneventful, since my parents only had I think....4 trick or treat visitors. Two of those were the cutest darn kids in the world although Matti's little brother comes in a close second. First walks in Hannah Montana (Matti) and she looked awesome! I couldn't even tell it was her with all that blonde hair.

Then about 20 minuets later in walked Taylor a tough football player...(that is as tough as a detroit Lions football player could get, we were suprised he got any candy) Lions or not he was adorable and loved it.
